Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.
Returns or refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

You received the wrong item, or

The item arrived damaged
If you believe you are eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (wrong or damaged item).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
